The first public announcement of the clean production audit of Henan Huilong Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd

In order to effectively improve the production and operation status of the company, enhance its economic benefits, reduce pollutant emissions, and meet the development needs of the company, our company has launched the third round of clean production audit since May 2020, and entrusted Central Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. to provide technical guidance for the audit work. The company is a key enterprise for mandatory clean production audit in Henan Province in 2020, and is subject to mandatory clean production audit.

In accordance with the requirements of the Clean Production Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China, the Clean Production Audit Measures, and the Implementation Rules for Clean Production Audit in Henan Province, we hereby publicly disclose the basic information and pollution discharge status of our company before the audit. We request all sectors of society to supervise our company's implementation of clean production audit.

7. Main environmental protection facilities: bag filter, low-temperature plasma, filter box, water spray tower, sewage treatment plant, etc.

2、 Pre audit pollution monitoring data

According to the monitoring results of the waste gas in the factory area conducted by Henan Bikong Testing Technology Co., Ltd. on December 11, 2019, it is shown that:

The exhaust gas generated during the production process of the extrusion workshop is treated by a bag filter and discharged through five 15m high exhaust pipes; The exhaust gas generated in the spraying workshop is treated by a water spray tower, a filter box, and low-temperature plasma, and then discharged through one 15m high exhaust pipe. The exhaust gas generated in the oxidation workshop is treated by a water spray tower and discharged through three 15m high exhaust pipes. The production exhaust gas emissions of the enterprise meet the limit requirements of Table 2 of the Comprehensive Emission Standard of Air Pollutants (GB16297-1996); The emission of organic waste gas meets the recommended values in Annex 1 of the "Notice on the Recommended Emission Values for the Special Treatment of Volatile Organic Compounds in Industrial Enterprises in the Province" (Yuhuan Tackling Office [2017] No. 162) ("Surface Coating Industry": Non methane total hydrocarbons<80mg/m3, benzene<1mg/m3, toluene and xylene combined<15mg/m3).

According to the monitoring results of the Xingyang Environmental Protection Monitoring and Management Station on April 15, 2019, the wastewater in the factory area showed that:

The main production water for enterprises is used in the oxidation workshop and the water spray tower. During the production process, some of the production water evaporates and dissipates, while the rest enters the self provided sewage treatment plant in the factory area. After being treated by the sewage treatment plant, the production sewage is discharged into the Suohe River, and the sewage discharge concentration meets the maximum allowable discharge concentration in Table 4 of the Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996). After the collection and treatment of domestic sewage, it is treated through septic tanks and regularly cleared by nearby farmers for fertilizer fields. It is comprehensively utilized and not discharged.

The factory boundary noise meets the Class 2 standard of the "Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprise Boundary Environmental Noise" (GB12348-2008).

The solid waste generated by enterprises mainly includes dust collected by dust removal facilities; Defective products are produced during the production process; Debris generated in the deep processing workshop; All employee household waste has been effectively disposed of or comprehensively utilized.

3、 Implementation of environmental risk prevention and control measures in accordance with the law

Henan Huilong Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. implemented various environmental risk prevention measures during the construction process based on the Environmental Impact Assessment Report and its approval; Establish and improve various rules and regulations in the production and operation process, establish safety operation procedures for each process, implement the safety production responsibility system, conduct regular safety and environmental protection inspections, and organize safety and environmental protection production education.
